Come churn out dozens of pies made with fruit from the farm, most of which will be part of our 100th Anniversary celebration of our Barn!

About the event
We'll spend a convivial afternoon and evening assembling pies for the Barn's 100th. Our hope is that we'll make enough pies with fruit from the farm so that we can supply the community party on September 12 and send the day's pie-makers home with a thank-you pie to bake or freeze.
This is a drop-in volunteer event. Arrive when you're able and stay as long as you can!
Please wear clean clothes (including shirts with sleeves) and non-slip closed-toe shoes and pull back long hair.
At 5:30, there will be pizza delivered to feed the crew.
No baking experience necessary, just a willingness to follow recipes closely and to work together in good spirits. Thanks to our friends at Trinity Episcopal Church in Litchfield for the use of their wonderful kitchen!
