Pie + Prayer

Worship on the Farm:
Saturday Eucharist

From Rogation Days through the Feast of St. Francis in October (COVID and weather permitting), we gather for simple sung prayer services in our silo chapel or our barn. Before prayer, we get to know one another over a slice of delicious homemade pie (made with fruit from the farm!) and a cup of tea or coffee. The 45-minute worship includes chanted psalms, shared reflection on one of Jesus' agrarian teaching stories, and ample silence.  Children and youth are welcome to join in this practice.
Pie + Prayer happens on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.

Come to be nurtured and nourished as we gather to hear the Gospel, pray for the world, and share in the Sacrament.  The service lasts 30 minutes. Children are encouraged to participate. Jesus welcomes everyone to his Table, and so we offer the Bread and Wine, which are Christ's Body and Bloody, to everyone without exception. Arrive a little before noon so that you can get settled before we ring the barn's bell. If you'd like, bring a picnic lunch and stroll the farm after worship.
Holy Eucharist in the barn happens
at 12:00 noon on Saturdays.
