Vineyard Stewards - On-farm Faith Formation

Come pair learning from Scripture and learning from Creation as we tend the grapevines at Good Courage Farm. Together, we'll dig into metaphors from Jesus' parables and teachings while learning the art of regenerative agriculture. After a whole season of Second Saturdays, you'll go home with skills in pruning, training, mulching, composting, thinning, netting, harvesting, and pressing. The fruit we grow together will benefit our food access partners and will also become Communion wine for faith communities connected to the Farm.

Our Second Saturdays in the vineyard run from 9:00-3:00 and include lectio divina, agricultural education, field work, worship, and fellowship. All tools are provided. Participants bring a sack lunch and wear sturdy footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather.
